We design and curate golf trips that focus on your group's experience. That's why we call them 'journeys' - it's not just about the destination. All journeys are planned to allow you and your group to experience top-level golf at some of the world's greatest courses and resorts, while also giving you time to rest, recover, and explore more of each locale you visit.

Expect to return home from every APEX Golf Journey with a new appreciation for golf, your travelling partners and the new friends you've met along the way.

Trip inclusions depend on each unique itinerary. You are guaranteed golf, transport and accommodations in each trip price. We will at times include meals, especially at golf resorts or villages. We respect that meals are also an opportunity for your group to explore. If meals are not included, we will offer guides and recommendations, often with an insider's POV on how to access unique opportunities in your travel area.

Simply put, no. We do not handle air travel. You are responsible for arranging travel to a central meeting point where your journey will begin. Once there, we will handle transport to each location on your itinerary, and back to a central point where you will travel home from. If custom travel is required, we can support for an extra fee or provide recommendations with travel partners.

We are based in Western Canada and celebrate the fact that this region is one of the best places to play golf. Lucky for us! We are focused on bringing travellers from around the world to Western Canada while we build our program for destinations worldwide. We are not limited to Western Canada and will be planning journeys around the world, as long as we can ensure your experience meets our high standards.

We can offer many add-ons, but each trip is priced based on the itinerary we've designed. In some cases, we can be flexible to accommodate certain requests, but most of our packages are based on a few factors:

1. pre-arranged rounds at amazing courses

2. our standards for ensuring travel does take up most of the day

3. access to amenities and experiences we know you will love

Also, due to the quality of the courses we curate, many have restrictions that we plan around to ensure member play does not impact our APEX guests. This ensures you feel welcomed and are experiencing each course at it's best!

We love hearing about opportunities to design custom journeys. We typically do not act as a travel planner, but we take each request seriously. If we can build a trip for you, we will let you know.
